Hi, I'm Franky Aguilar!

UX-UI and interaction designer, with experience in the ICT’s industry, in innovation projects and leading multidisciplinary teams in order to exponentially improve CSAT and NPS on digital channels and products. Design degree from Universidad de Los Andes (Colombia) with communication emphasis, in addition to options on innovation with technology and visual computing. Formed under the structure of Design Thinking and User Centered Design, trained for research, prototyping and documentation. Personal interest on interaction design with new technologies, augmented reality, virtual reality, interactive media and environments, transmedia, narratives and characters design in the entertainment industry.
